WCM will be my mechanics for life!! I currently have a 2005 BMW 645CI and noticed it was leaking both coolant and engine oil. And if anyone knows BMWs, you know any kind of repair comes at a hefty price. Because my car was 10 years old, I didn't want to take it to the dealership because i knew they would charge me an arm and a leg and it wouldn't be worth such an investment. But I also needed to have some reliable work done on the car, so that it can last me for a few more years. I took it to Jack and he said "I'll take care of it!" They did some serious work on my car because they had it for almost 2 weeks, but when I got it back, it was driving like it did the first day I bought it. I also appreciate that during the time they had my car, I was provided a loaner because I commute all over LA. While you get that sort of service from the dealer, most local repair shops don't provide loaner cars. Being a female, I'm always concerned that repair shops are going to take advantage of women because they think we don't know any better. I called my dad, who is also a mechanic, and told him about the service I had received from Jack and WCM and his exact words were "He did a great job, at a good price. They seem to be trustworthy." As a result, WCM will be my go to mechanics for any future problems I have with my car.

The best German car service in California the only shop that was able to program my computer on my Mercedes after suffering glitches with other shops after tune ups I kept getting check engine light I almost gave up after going to multiple shops with no luck then a famous celebrity friend of mine recommended me to this shop and to my surprise most of Hollywood service their German cars here. This place is professional, polite, friendly and their prices are surprisingly cheaper than other shops.. I now bring my wife's BMW for service and all of the family cars. Thanks Jack for fixing my Mercedes And for listening to all my nagging.. LOL

Jack and his crew are good guys and are very fair priced especially against dealership pricing! Your german car is in good hands with these guys! Jack is the owner and is always on site to address your needs! They even do Convertible tops which is what i had done there! My SLK 230 Mercedes is topless again thanks to these guys at half the cost as the stealership!

I have to say I had a very good experience. Here's what made it for me. I was able to message Jack for an estimate for my BMW X5, and he corresponded back with me right away. What made this another plus in my book was that it was near my place of work in North Hollywood. Besides those two pluses, Jack was very communicative with me during the repair, and considering the amount of work done to my X5, it was done expediently. When picking up my car, he was great with letting me know about what things that will probably need some future work. I had a an easy time speaking and dealing with Jack. I will definitely return when my X5 needs repair.

I was Looking for a car for my daughter. Found one in north Hollywood. Decided to fly there from San Jose and drive it back. The owner Armik picked me up at the airport so I would not have to taxi. He was kind and very helpful. Would buy another one in the future. Great guy to deal with.

I have to commend Jack at West Coast Motors. I brought in my BMW 3238i for a check engine light and he was very helpful in researching the cause and giving me details on the repair costs. He also gave me options even if it did not mean having it repaired at his shop. I really appreciated the honesty of the information.

I recently purchased a Mercedes SLK230 from Armik. The car is exactly what I wanted for a price I could afford. A few days after purchasing the car something minor went wrong as it is an older car. Armik and Jack fixed it in a flash even though there was NO warranty obligating them to. They are honest and genuinely good people in a business filled with liars. I highly recommend buying a used car from Armik or putting your car in Jacks capable hands.

Jack is the Manager and a straight up guy. Long story short, I took in a 2001 Beetle into West Coast Motor for all kinds of repairs and only had little money, Jack went over the car first and told me what had to be done and then what REALLY NEEDED WORK. So, over the course of a few years I would come in and get what I could to get things done. I'm So Glad I found him on yelp as I've had Nothing but Top Shelf, Kind and Professional Service. My very good friend bought a Smart Car out of Desperation and it was from a Sketchy Dealership and Jack told me to have her bring it in and he would just go over it and make sure that things are as it should be and as long as I have these types of cars Jack and his crew will be the only ones that they will be worked on, I'm a lifelong Customer!!!

I took both my wife's X5 and my Range Rover for service last week. They were fair, reasonable and provided good service. I'll be back for sure.

West Coast Motor's was recommended to me via my roommate who has taken her vehicles to Jack for the past 5 years. My car sustained a chemical leak from my apartment garage that left water marks on the hood and tail. When I took my car to the carwash they said it would need a $350 polish for the full body. I left my car with Jack for 2 hours and he buffed out the chemical stained water marks and didn't have to polish the entire car. Jack knows cars, he's kind, and he has competitive rates! Where do I start. This business is the greatest. If it wasn't for Jack and his great customer service and the attention to my needs I would have not considered this place. This experience from the beginning to the end was so awesome. The highlight was how quickly he responded to my online inquiry within minutes. I shopped around and received many estimates but by far he offered the best prices. My 2009 BMW 5 series needed front & rear breaks, oil change & break fluid flush and AC & Air filters. The dealer would have charged me and arm and a leg for all the work that was done on my car. He did call me back and indicated a few more problems & issues that my car had, leaky oil housing and the bushings were worn down. He still gave a really good price and I decided to do the extra work since the car needed it. The car drives awesome and it was a good thing the bushings were replaced, my car feels better and sturdier and the shaking has completely stopped which was annoying by the way. To top it off he had offered me a loaner car free of charge while my car was being serviced but I already had arranged transportation. Not many places offer this service and this shows you how much Jack takes care of his customers. West Coast Motor will be my go to place for life for car service & repairs and I will gladly refer family and friends. People, you will not go wrong with this place, they will take care of you and your car and you will be extremely satisfied with the overall service. Thanks for everything Jack!!!!

Took my 07' bmw 525I in for a few issues that I was having, had a few leaks and had to get my rear break pads replaced. Found them on yelp so decided to give them a try, I must say was a very satisfied customer. Customer service is awesome, asked Jack a question about getting after market break pads and he gave me an honest suggestion that I should always stick to non after market parts. Car is now running smooth, glad to have found this place.

Jack was wonderful. I had my Merc towed in and he had it back to me the same day. He looked over the entire car and called me before to let me know what the priorities were. My Water Pump on my 2009 335i BMW went bad, I went to see Jack and he gave me a great price, the work that was done on my car was excellent. I've been to the BMW dealer before and had to go back because some things were lose, but not here. I noticed that Jack and his guys take great care of my car and others that were in there. Great place and will definitely start bringing my car here.

Everyone's worst nightmare is to be "that" person who stalled during Friday night rush hour in LA, on the freeway. Thankfully, my car gave me enough juice to pull to the side after cutting everyone off. Towed my car to West Coast Motors and as usual, great service and friendly people. This is my second BMW that I've taken to WCM and will continue to do so as the prices are fair and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of because I'm a girl. :)

I found West Coast Motors on Yelp after my warranty was over on my 08 BMW. Jack and his crew are very helpful and fixed a damaged rain guard for free! Jack is honest about the repairs needed and uses genuine BMW parts and charges way less then the dealers. There's no fancy waiting room but do you really want to paying for that? I'd rather pay for good repairs and West Coast Motor's delivers! You won't be sorry you came here.
